承接2024年的ATB x PBT項目，再次在路環竹灣的靜謐空間，融合東方身心智慧的表演工作坊。

打破西方劇場訓練的框架，從東方出發，結合三大身心系統：

ATB（Awareness Through the Body）｜來自印度黎明之城的身心覺察練習

PBT（Playback Theatre）｜澳門深耕 16 年的即興故事劇場

中醫養生理論｜結合人體運動、飲食與自然療癒
