Amir began the last day by sharing with members that he had today planned to do tools for small children. But he strongly felt that relaxation is much needed by members to bring more ease in daily life.

There were many quiet spaces, punctuated by activities, to connect with one's own body, and then those of our partners, and of other members. The group eased into a greater, connected body.
